Why did you enter the Survey?
We entered the Best Places to Work Survey to help us gain confidential insight into our peoples’ experience working at Douglas, benchmark how we compare to other organisations, and use the valuable feedback to make life here even better. This was a great opportunity to reflect on the areas we’re exceeding in and identify focus areas to increase engagement, as well as being externally recognised to help us retain and attract top talent.
