Why do you think Best Places to Work is important?
I think it's important for current employees to understand how their company ranks as a place to work and to highlight great companies that are doing innovative things in the workplace wellbeing space. It's a useful recruitment tool to be able to share a BPTW score, rather than the results of an internal survey.
Why did you enter the Survey?
We formally pulse check our permanent team every quarter to check in on their workload, opportunities for growth and development, and health and wellbeing. It's a great time for us to anonymously survey our team to unpack what we're doing well and where we can improve.
We entered the Survey for the first time in 2024 to independently check our internal surveys, and guage if there was other information we should be talking with our team about.
Briefly discuss what makes your business a best place to work
Aside from our close knit team and our amazing community of clients, our business shines when it comes to offering true life/work balance and flexibility during the typical 9-5 working week. We're a virtual team who truly values in person connection, so regular team meetings, having fun on Slack and quarterly all team get togethers are all appreciated by our team.
